On December 8 of that year, the State of Kansas granted his first wife her petition for divorce on grounds of abandonment. (Rushing, D. I do not hold Scofield to be inerrant. I hold the Bible to be the inerrant word of God. The discernment of comparing spiritual to spiritual is not given but through the Holy Spirit. Scofield, Moody, Spurgeon, Wesley, you, I, all who believe will give account. That also should sober any processing believer who would judge another believer. The Master will judge his servant. Meanwhile, let us follow the admonition of Paul and work out our salvation in fear and trembling knowing the word of God is sharper than any two edged sword...and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. We do not serve men nor should we seek their approval but the approval of God. May the Lord use His word and His Holy Spirit to convict and guide each of us according to His ordained purpose. Let whatever we do be done for Him.
JPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07483169555587723186noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2503399848376770420.post-83410037704840547882016-10-05T01:17:08.079-05:002016-10-05T01:17:08.079-05:00It would be interesting if the writer ever decided...It would be interesting if the writer ever decided to research how this affects Pentecostalism, as it ultimately holds about 450 million to its name; the choice of hermeneutic of the day has been for the last century dispensationalism all throughout.

Baptists almost always have believed in Kevin theology until around the last 150 years, largely in thanks to the biographer previously mentioned, DL Moody, Schofield, and Charles Finney.
